The site is intended to provide users and/or customers with information and details about ordering portrait paintings - in various painting techniques, from aphotograph provided to us by them. Use of You Are Art website is offered to you subject to acceptance of all the terms, notices and restrictions below. Use of the Site
The site and its contents may be used as is (AS IS) in accordance with You Are Art's decisions and you will not have any claim or demand against You Are Art in respect of the features, limitations or reactions that the site's contents may provoke. The use, therefore, of the content displayed on the site, the end devices and the services of the site will be made at your sole and complete responsibility.
You Are Art website is for personal use and may not be used commercially without an express written permission from You Are Art. You are strictly prohibited from making changes to it, or copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works or selling an item from the items of information, software, products or services sourced from You Are Art website.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the site and in the services offered on it and in all content contained therein, belong to You Are Art only, or to a third party who has authorized You Are Art to use them. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit to the public, modify, process, create derivative works, sell or rent any part of the foregoing, whether by you or through or with a third party, in any way or by electronic means, Mechanical, optical, photographic or recording means, or by any other means and options, without the prior written consent of You Are Art or the other rights holders, as the case may be and subject to the terms of the consent (to the extent granted).

Choice of law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel shall apply to these Terms of Use and everything that arises from them or what is involved in them, and will be interpreted in accordance with them. Any dispute and/or legal question that arises in relation to these Terms of Use will be clarified in the competent court in Haifa only (ie: the Magistrate's Court in Haifa or the Central District Court in Haifa).
